Part 1: Missing Prince
Step 1
Speak to Hassan. Speak to Osman. Speak to Leela.
You should deposit all unneeded/heavy items before you start. This quest requires lots of walking around. Talk to Hassan inside the palace on the first floor. Ask him "Can I help you? You must need some help here in the desert" He will tell you to talk to Osman.
Talk to Osman (Picture) outside of the front of the palace, near the front. Talk to him for your mission briefing. He says that you will have to tie up the women guarding the prince and then disguise the prince as her. He will also tell you that you'll have to make a key to free the prince. He will then tell you to talk to his daughter Leela.
Talk to Leela (Picture) near Draynor Village. She will be your guide to the items you will need to free the prince.
Part 2: Getting the items
Step 2
Get wig. Use yellow dye on wig. Get rope. Get key print
Items needed: 7 Balls of Wool or 3 Balls of Wool and 15GP, 2 Onions or Yellow Dye, Bronze Bar, Soft Clay.
If you don't have wool, get your shears and shear sheep get 3 or 7 pieces of wool. Now, behind the Fred the Farmer's house there is a small field of onions, grab two. Next, go to the second floor of the Lumbridge castle. You will find a spinning wheel. Use all of your wool with the spinning wheel to get balls of wool.
Getting the wig: Go to Draynor Village, you will find a man named "Ned". Ask Ned if he can make other things out of wool. Ask if you can make a wig, and then give him the 3 balls of wool. Now you have a wig! Go to "Aggie" and ask her to make dyes for you. Tell her you need yellow dye and say "Okay, make me yellow dye please" use the yellow dye with the wig. Now you have your blonde wig!
The Rope: Go to Ned and tell him you would like some rope either pay 15 coins or give Ned 4 balls of wool.
If you don't have a bronze bar, mine or buy "tin, copper, and clay (one of each)" get your bucket/jug and fill it with water (a fountain or sink) use water with clay to get soft clay. Now find a furnace (Al-Kharid or near Lumbridge) and use copper with furnace to get a bronze bar.
The Key: Now go to Lady Keli in the jail just east of Draynor Village and tell her she is famous in RuneScape then ask her for her latest plan. Then ask if she is sure that they cannot get Prince Ali out. Ask if you could see the key then ask if you could touch the key. Now you have a key print! Go back to Al-Kharid and talk to Osman. He will tell you to get the key from Leela. Talk to her and she will give you the key.
Step 3
Make paste. Get skirt. Return to Leela.
Items needed: Pot of Flour, Redberries, Ashes, Bucket of Water.
Paste (Something to make Prince Ali's skin lighter): To make the skin paste you need a pot of flour (obtained by grinding wheat in a windmill and using a pot to carry the flour), redberries (obtained south of Varrock), ashes, and water. Go to Aggie in Draynor Village and ask her to make something to make skin lighter. She will make paste for you.
Go to the clothing store in Varrock and buy a pink skirt for 2gp. Go back to Draynor and talk Leela with the required items. She'll talk to you about how to find a weakness in the guard.
Part 3: Save the prince!
Step 4
Speak to Joe. Open prison door. Speak to Prince. Return to Hassan.
Items needed: Rope, 3 Beers, Key.
Get 3 glasses of beer (you will need it) from any bar or Barbarian Village. Don't talk to Lady Keli after you've freed Prince Ali or else she will call the guards to attack you. Talk to Joe (Picture) and ask him if he wants beer. Now the guard is drunk and out of the way. Now use the rope with Lady Keli, now she is gone too! Use the key with the prison door.
Talk to Prince Ali. He is now free! Go and talk to Hassan for your reward.
