The Dwarven city of Keldagrim is located northeast of Rellekka in the Fremennik Province. First enter the tunnel marked by a statue of a dwarf then go through the next entrance marked by another two Dwarven statues.

You will now find yourself in next to a large underground river. The ferryman will take you across the river to the main mining areas. Among these mining areas is Dondakan gold mine which you will encounter during the Between a Rock... quest. Beside the dwarf ferryman is a boatman who will take you to the Dwarven city of Keldagrim. If it's your first time traveling to this city, you will start the The Giant Dwarf quest where you will be accused of breaking a statue. Don't be worried about this because it's all a big misunderstanding.
