This dungeon can be found just south of the courtyard of Miscellania's Castle. The entrance to the dungeon has a clothing store that sells Fremennik and dwarf clothing, a food shop, a general store, and a pub. The tunnel area of the dungeon is mostly used in the Royal Trouble quest and for slayer assignments of sea snakes. After you complete the quest there is an additional entrance located behind the Etceteria castle directly south of the bank. This provides quick access to the Sea Snakes.
