Waterbirth Island is located north of the Fremennik city of Rellekka. It can be accessed by speaking with Jarvald on the docks of Rellekka then by entering the cave. Upon entering the cave you will be located in the western area of the dungeon.

The doors in this dungeon are quite unique. The three doors in the middle of the cavern can be opened easily from the eastern side, however to enter from the west you will need two people to stand on each of the switches. Then there are three barricades in the eastern part of the dungeon. To get through these, the sticks supporting them, that have 1 health, need to be destroyed. Keep in mind that the only way to destroy them when trying to get to the ladder is to use a magic attack to destroy the one opposite you, or to have someone destroy the one closest to you. The ladder behind these barricades will take you to Askeladden, who will buy Dagannoth hides from you.
