Notes:	To make these yourself, you need 35 Fletching, a willow log, and a knife. Simply use the knife on the log and pick the "Willow shortbow" option. Note that making an unstrung bow gives only half the total exp for making a willow shortbow. Cutting this will give you 33.25 fletchin experience.
