To find the Warriors' guild, simply walk west of Burthorpe's training grounds, until you reach the guild.
Founded by Harrallak Menarous, the guild serves its purpose by providing melee warriors with unique training games.
For each successful completion, you will earn special tokens.
Note: You cannot use an attack or strength potion to gain accss to the Warriors Guild.
Caution: Should you die in the Warriors' Guild, you will not keep your items!

When you enter the Warriors' Guild, you will find yourself in a large lobby with Harrallak Menarous. Harrallak is the keeper of the guild, who explains the finer details of the individual rooms within the guild.

As you head deeper into the guild, you will come across various mini games that you can play. Upon completion of each mini game, you will be awarded a set amount of tokens. These tokens are used as 'time tickets' to give you access to battle the Cyclopes in their enclosure on one of the upper floors. Ten tokens equates to one minute within the enclosure.

Armour Animation Chamber
Zybez RuneScape Help Screenshot of Mithril Armour

If you have ever wanted to kill your armour, then you've come to the right place! In here you can bring your armour to life, then kill it for tokens. This room is great for training the combat skill of your choice, and for obtaining tokens.

For this room you will need a full helm, platebody and platelegs, made of either bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamant, or rune. It is a good idea to bring extra sets for the weaker metals (under black), as they may break frequently; whereas the higher level metals won't break as often. Equip your best armour and weapon, and you'll be ready to fight. You can use magic or ranged, although you will be hit a lot more often since the armour mages and rangers use is less resistanat to melee attacks. You should also bring some food with you since you will be taking a decent amount of damage; lobsters or cakes should serve you fine.

Once you have the gear ready, use any of your three piece of armour with the Magical Animator. After a few seconds your armour should pop out of the machine and attack you. Once in a while your armour will get stuck on the side of the animator, if this happens just walk to the side of the animator and attack your armour. When you've killed your armour, it will drop your armour, as well as a set amount of tokens. Pick everything up, and once again use one of the piece of the armour on the Magical Animator again. Repeat this process until you are ready to do something else, you need more food, or you lose a piece armour (when it breaks).

Armour Type Combat Level Tokens Dropped
Bronze 11 5
Iron 23 10
Steel 46 15
Black 69 20
Mithril 92 25
Adamant 113 30
Rune 138 40

The best tactic for this room is to use the best kind of armour that you can afford. Mithril is probably the best choice for most people since its combat level is not especially high, and it drops a fairly substantial amount of tokens. One thing to note is that the more expensive the armour, the less likely that it is to break. I wouldn't recommend anyone bringing armour that is worse than black since the cheaper armour will break too frequently.

Dummy Room
Zybez RuneScape Help Screenshot of Warriors' Guild Dummy Room

In this room your goal is to hit the dummies with the proper kind of attack. It is sort of a wack-a-mole type game, although you need to use the proper weapon and attack style at the right time, so it takes a lot more thinking.

The first thing you will need for this mini game is a variety of weapons. You will need a weapon with a slash attack, a weapon with a stab attack, and a weapon with a crush attack. If you do not have all of these types of weapons you will still be able to play, you just won't be able to hit all of the dummies that show up.

Your best bet is to bring a battleaxe and a longsword or scimitar. Use the axe for crush dummies, and the sword for all other dummies. Play the game whilst using the picture in this guide for reference. After you play for a while you should be able to memorize which weapon modes to use on which dummies and it should get a lot easier. Each dummy you hit correctly will earn you 15 attack experience and 2 tokens. Below is a table showing all the dummies, with what type of attack you should use.

Other Rooms

Going beyond the Dummy Room and the Armour Animation Chamber, you'll come to two shops and a bank. Having a bank here is very useful for when you need to replenish supplies or store your tokens. The two shops in here are the Warriors Guild Potion Shop, and the Warriors Guild Food Shop.

The First Floor

When going up the stairs to the first floor, the first mini game that you come across is the Catapult room, which is the "defensive" room. Moving further east and slightly south, you'll run into the armory where you can buy certain pieces of armor, or weapons. Follow the path up north and you'll come to a set of heavy doors. Open them and you'll come to a Shot-Put mini game, followed by the not-so-sober Jimmy to the south of it.

Catapult Room
Zybez Runescape Help's Screenshot of the Catapult

If you like showing off your defensive abilities, this is the room for you! In this room you get to block multiple things being shot at you by a dwarf with a catapult!

For this room you should bring some food, cakes or lobsters are best, and you can't carry anything in your hands, so don't bring a shield or a weapon. To begin, speak with the dwarf to get yourself the proper shield. This shield may only be equipped while you are standing in front of the catapult, so don't even try to use it for fighting.

Once you are in front of the catapult, equip your shield and a new menu should appear on the right side of your screen showing the type of defensive mode you are in. The type of defensive mode you are in determines if you will take damage or not. To make sure you don't take damage, look at the ammo that is being hurled at you and quickly change to the proper defensive mode based on the picture beside each mode. For example: If you see an anvil being flying towards you click on "Use blunt defence." You receive 10 defense xp for each item that you defend against.

Shot-Put Room
Zybez Runescape Help's Screenshot of the Shot-Put Room

So do you like showing off your strength? Then the Shot Put Room very well may be be the room for you. In this room you get to throw heavy metal balls as far as you possibly can. The further you throw them, the more experience and tokens you will receive.

Bringing energy potions and a small amount of food is recommended, although if you don't mind waiting to regain your energy then you don't need to bring either of those. Once you are ready, go and pick up a shot-put from the pile and throw it in your desired manner; different techniques give better experience and work better than others. You should try experimenting, and figuring out which technique you like the best. Once your energy runs out, drink a dose of your energy potion. You use less energy when your energy is low, so it is recommended that you don't drink more than one dose of your energy potion before throwing the shot put again. Note that the left cage contains the lighter balls and the right cage contains the heavier balls. Throwing the heavier balls will give you more experience, but it will make your energy run out faster. If you are having trouble throwing the shot-put, then you should bring some ground ashes to cover your hands with; making it easier to throw. To make ground ashes, use a pestle and mortar with ashes, ashes are obtained from logs when you are doing the firemaking skill.

Both sizes: Receive 1 token per yard thrown. For Shotput - 18 lbs: Stength XP gained is 2-5 plus the energy percentage you have at the time of the throw. The less percentage energy, the more the 2-5 bonus. For Shotput - 22 lbs: Stength XP gained is 2-8 plus the energy percentage you have at the time of the throw. The less percentage energy, the more the 2-8 bonus.

Other Rooms

South of the Shot-Put room you'll find a little storage area with a bunch of crates and barrels laying around. Along with these barrels, you'll find Jimmy: the drunk of the warriors' guild. After getting a couple beers in him, Jimmy exerts his thirst for competition as he challenges you to a contest. You must see how many barrels you can balance on your head without allowing them to fall. If you balance more barrels on your head than Jimmy can, you win.

Receive 2 tokens per keg balanced. For Keg Balance - Strength XP gained is the energy percentage you have at the time, added every 7 seconds.

From the staircase, directly east and slightly south of it, you'll find the Warriors' Guild armoury. In this shop, you can buy different pieces of armour or weapons ranging anywhere from bronze to adamant.

The Second Floor

After going up yet another flight of stairs, you'll come to the second, and top floor of the warriors' guild. This floor is where the Cyclops enclosure is located, and where you can put your awarded tokens to good use.

Cyclops

This enclosure is where you have the chance to obtain one of the new Defenders, through defeating the Cyclopes. This new form of both offensive and defensive weapon goes in your shield spot. When a Cyclops drops your first defender (which would be bronze), go out of the enclosure and show it to Kamfreena. Kamfreena will now allow the Cyclops to drop the next higher metal-type defender (iron). Do this every time you receive a defender from a Cyclops, until you reach rune.

Training on Cyclopses can be considered quite good training, as they don't hit very high, and they have high hit points. The only drawback is that you have pay tokens to train in the enclosure; 10 tokens per 1 minute, so you'll have to do a lot of the activities on lower levels of the guild to stay in there.

The table below shows the stats of the defenders; each defender has the same attack and defence bonus. To train on these long enough to attain a rune defender, you should need about 1500 guild tokens.
