No-one likes to miss a good ceremony, least of all a poor lowly monk who needs your assistance! Will you be able to aid him and make his dreams come true?

Part 1:
The Weapon

Step 1
Talk to Monk, outside Drezel's Temple.
Use mithril 2h sword on whetstone at Doric's hut.
Use slender blade with bow string.
Take Bow-sword back to Monk.

Items needed: Bow String, Mithril 2h Sword (or 3 Mithril Bars and Hammer), Falador/Varrock Teleport Runes (optional).

Speak to the Monk at the front of Drezel's Temple just west of the Salve River. The Monk needs help. Zybez RuneScape Help's Screenshot of the Monk in from of the Saradomin Temple Ask him what he needs, and he will tell you that his warriors are coming up against new threats and that a new weapon is required. Offer to make the weapon and head off to Falador.

Once in Falador head north to Doric's hut along with a mithril 2h sword (or 3 mithril bars and a hammer), and a bow string. Use the mithril 2h sword on the Whetstone (Picture) and you will obtain a Slender Blade. Use a bow string on the blade, to make a Bow-sword. Now that you have the weapon, head back to the Monk at Drezel's Temple.

Tell the Monk you have the weapon. He'll take it, and ask if you could do him another favour.

Part 2:
Ceremony on Entrana

Step 2
Put Orb in large pouch.
Go to Entrana via Law rift in Abyss.
Use the pouch on the altar.

Zybez RuneScape Help's Image of the Cut-Scene Items needed: Amulet of Glory, Large Pouch.

The Monk tells you of a ceremony on Entrana that he, unfortunately, cannot attend. He gives you an Orb to take there and says that you must place it in a large pouch to prevent it from breaking. Use your glory amulet to teleport to Edgeville. While you're here, bank all weapons and armour and put the Orb in your large pouch.

As the Monks of Entrana do not allow the large pouch to be taken over on the ship, you'll need to go through the Abyss. Warning: beware of player killers who hunt runecrafters outside the Abyss.

Run around the outside of the Abyss until you find an entrance that doesn't require a weapon to get into, such as the distract eyes, or squeeze through obstacle. Once you are in the middle of the Abyss, head over to the law rift at the north-east corner, and go through.

Exit the law altar through the portal and head south to the church. As the Abyss drains prayer, you may wish to recharge yours here first. Then just use the large pouch on the altar and you will be greeted with a short cut-scene.

Part 3:
A Mystery

Step 3
Go back to the Monk.
Talk to High Priest, Entrana.
Talk to Sir Tiffy, Falador park.

Head back to Varrock and make your way to the temple again to tell the Monk what happened. When you arrive, you will notice that he's been killed by some powerful magic (Picture). Make your way to Port Sarim, get on the boat to Entrana and inform the High Priest.

Speak to the High Priest in the Church and you will tell him that the Monk has been killed. He will then ask you to report this to Sir Tiffy Cashien (Picture) in Falador park.

Speak to Sir Tiffy and you'll tell him the whole story. He'll talk about learning to harness the power of the bow-sword, and that one day, you may be able to use it.
