Tactic:	Good for training at level 55-85 combat. It is a good idea to train on them in adamant armour or better. Take a lobster cage with you if you go to Crandor, then, when running low on food, head back to Karamja to fish and cook some more. Or, on the small island west of Brimhaven, there are two cake slice spawns. It's not much, but if you've got good enough armour on it should be enough.
Notes:	Moss giants and rock crabs are the only monsters to drop spinach rolls.
