Tactic:Desert lizards are a Slayer task, and can be found in the Desert. If on a slayer task, bring more boxes of ice than your task says, because if you use a box of ice on a lizard thats not at 1hp, it goes to waste.

When fighting, it is recommend to bring waterskins and to wear desert robes. You don't get hit often if you are a high level. Bring little to no food, as the lizards drop kebabs which heal well if you need food.
Notes:You must have a Box of cold ice and 22 Slayer to kill Desert Lizards, regardless of what levels you choose to kill.
