Tactic:These are great for high level training as you can receive pretty much endless experience, without the need for any food. This is done by turning protect from melee on then recharging your prayer whenever it runs out - there is an altar on the ground floor and also up the stairs by this altar. They self heal their hit points as you get down to low health, however, if they are attacking someone else who is attacking another monkey, it will not recharge if you're killing it. However be careful to not let your hit points drop to low, as you still have to be wary of the poisonous spiders, and your prayer points.
