1.0 - Introduction

When a player has reached a certain stage of the Fairy Tale Part II quest, one can use a new form of transportation that uses fairy magic. These are fairy rings, and using a certain combination, one can be teleported to a specific location in RuneScape. There are currently over 30 different combinations with the possiblity of over 30 more to be added in the future.

To access the combination panel, you must first be wielding a dramen staff, then make your way into Zanaris (The Lost City) and access the Fairy Ring (the base ring) just south-west of the wheat field. This base ring is similar to the Grand Tree's glider, or the Spirit tree in the Tree Gnome Village, in that you can go to any combination from here, but must return to go to another combination. Also, to arrive back at the base ring after visiting a combination, simply click the Fairy Ring to be teleported back. The combination panel appears like so:

Some highlights of these rings is a slightly faster way to craft nature runes by using the CKR ring, a new abyss location at ALR where there are some more abyssal demons for those with level 85 slayer. If you dropped your magic whistle after the Holy Grail quest, you can now go back to the Fisher King's Realm to explore once more with the BJR combination, there are also several new realms to explore, some with creatures to attack such as Goraks (DIR) and Stags (BKQ).
