The Kalphite Dungeon is located in the desert southwest of the Shantay Pass near Al-Kharid. If you want to explore this dungeon fully you will need two pieces of rope, one for the entrance to the dungeon and one to get into the Kalphite Queens' lair.

The upper level of the dungeon mainly consists of a long winding path from the entrance to the lower room containing the Queen. In the lower section of the dungeon you will find the Kalphite Queen, a multitude of workers, and two guardians, this area is multi-combat. The Kalphite Queen has two forms, the first has protect from magic and ranged on and is most vulnerable to melee attacks, although other types will still hit her occasionally. When this first form dies she becomes a wasp that flies and has protect from melee on. When the wasp dies, the player that did the most damage to the wasp, will get the drop.
